How do you behave in certain situations, and which pitfalls do you recognize in yourself?  

The DISC model provides insights into your behavior and communication patterns, as well as those of others. In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn to recognize the different styles, gain a better understanding of your own behavior and communication, and discover the impact this has on your environment.

During the workshop, we will start with a brief introduction to Talent&Pro: who we are and what we do. Then, we’ll dive into the DISC model together through an interactive session. With thought-provoking questions, you’ll discover your preferred style and how it manifests. After that, you’ll have a conversation with someone who has a different style. This not only fosters greater understanding of others, but also provides valuable insights that will help you collaborate better with, for example, your (study) colleagues.
